The Katapult Assessment^SM is a proprietary and rigorous enterprise evaluation that looks across 11 major dimensions that contribute to the successful, beneficial, and profitable application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in business settings. It has been designed to reflect the leading research into “science of diversity & inclusion” and the mature “commercially-sensible” perspectives of executives who have been delivering DEI transformations for three decades.

Through one-on-one, and possibly group interviews, Culture Shift Labs (CSL) collects data about the organization’s existing DEI plans, policies, practices, organization and operating environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps. The outcome is a Point of View Brief that informs DEI strategy, gameplan and where needed, governance and charters, program designs and activations.
