The Katapult AssessmentSM is a proprietary and rigorous enterprise evaluation that looks across 11 major dimensions that contribute to the successful, beneficial, and profitable application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in business settings. It has been designed to reflect the leading research into “science of diversity & inclusion” and the mature “commercially-sensible” perspectives of executives who have been delivering DEI transformations for three decades.
Through one-on-one, and possibly group interviews, Culture Shift Labs (CSL) collects data about the organization’s existing DEI plans, policies, practices, organization and operating environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps. The outcome is a Point of View Brief that informs DEI strategy, gameplan and where needed, governance and charters, program designs and activations.
Beyond policy and practice suggestions, it helps company’s improve their internal and external narrative, their employer branding, their thinking about what is necessary, and most valuably, how they may better link DEI to their commercial operations and human capital performance.
