The Leadership Circle peer mentoring program.

We believe that we have a unique opportunity at this moment as our society grapples with an increasing awareness of issues around racial equity. Leaders have become more self-aware about their networks and the lack of diversity that they may contain. Leaders are beginning to appreciate the value of diversity in innovation and value creation.

Unfortunately, many leaders do not feel comfortable with the current level of diversity in their staff or personal networks. More importantly, in spite of their best efforts and that of their teams, many are not confident that they have a clear path to meaningfully or quickly address either challenge. Diverse peer groups offer broader and more nuanced perspectives and also help with brainstorming and problem-solving. This program is designed for peer-based mentoring, joint problem-solving, and collaboration to improve strategies, customer and employee relations as well as improved brand reputation and profit.

We Are Problem Solvers!

This program is exclusively for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CMOs to be introduced to their Black and Latinx peers.

This is a private network tailored for individual needs. There are two different levels to choose from; each level includes a mentor, consulting hours, and virtual gatherings of the members. The 2021 program is only accepting 10 executives.

Our peer mentors are seasoned executives that will be hand-selected for each member. We draw these mentors from our community of over 10,000 accomplished Black and Latinx leaders. Since 2006 Culture Shift Labs has been advising C-suite executives in Tech, Fortune 500s, and the Investor Communities. This program was launched as a result of a recent survey which indicated that C-suite executives are seeking diverse peer mentors and to diversify their networks. This program is now being offered to executives across industry as a standalone service. Our promise is to meet expectations in the peer-match or we will find a new mentor.

* Tech & Society: An off the record, invite-only gathering of leaders with the mission of narrowing inequality gaps and building diverse circles of influence.

** Member Meeting: Each meeting (3 in total) will take place over 2-hours to include a special guest speaker and facilitated discussion among members to share best practices.

*** We provide best practices of diversity and inclusion management for top leaders, including CEOs and their C-Suite, to ensure they operationalize the principles of financial and social returns. Classes are 4-6 hours and can be custom-designed to include real-world case studies featuring organizations that have deployed successful diversity and inclusion strategies.
